The Adults with Incapacity (Ethics Committee) (Scotland) Regulations 2002

11.  In the Adults with Incapacity (Ethics Committee) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) in paragraph (1)(f) of regulation 3 (membership of the committee)(2), for “personal, or general, medical services under sections 17C or 19” substitute “primary medical services pursuant to Part I”.
