Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Jelly Mini-Cups) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 16th April 2004.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to Scotland only.
