PART 4 TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO PILOT SCHEME AGREEMENTS

Modification of the 1995 Regulations for the purposes of transitional agreements

53.  For the purposes of transitional agreements the 1995 Regulations shall be read as if any reference to Schedule 10 or, as the case may be Schedule 11 to the 1995 Regulations were a reference to any directions given by the Scottish Ministers under section 17N(6) of the 2004 Act(1).
