1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.
