This Order may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2004.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
Commencement2
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st May 2004 in so far as it is not already in force.
