1. This Instrument may be cited as the Angus Council A92 Montrose Bridge Replacement Bridge Scheme 2003 Confirmation Instrument 2004 and shall come into force on 12th March 2004.
2. In this Instrument “the Scheme” means the Angus Council A92 Montrose Bridge Replacement Bridge Scheme 2003.
3. The Scheme is confirmed.
4. The Scheme as confirmed, the specification of the replacement bridge and the specification of the temporary bridge are set out in the Schedule to this Instrument.
