Amendment of regulation 8

8.  In regulation 8 (transfer of quota with transfer of land)(1)–

(a) in paragraph (1) for “Article 7” substitute “Article 17”; and

(b) in paragraph (1)(a)(i) omit “before 1st March” where it first appears.
