Amendment of regulation 20

14.  In regulation 20 (payment of levy)–

(a) in paragraph (1)–

(i) for “Article 2(3)” substitute “Article 12(4)”; and

(ii) for “Article 2(2)” substitute “Article 11(1)”; and

(b) in paragraph (3)–

(i) for “the third sub paragraph of Article 2(2)” substitute “Article 11(3)”;

(ii) and for “adjustment of that quota” substitute “adjustment of the quantity delivered”.
