Scotland River Basin District
2.—(1) The river basin district described in paragraph (2) is hereby designated a river basin district for the purposes of Part I of the Act.
(2) The river basin district referred to in paragraph (1) is the area identified in maps 1 to 9(1), but excluding the relevant bodies of groundwater in the areas identified in maps 10 and 11(b), which do not form part of that river basin district.
(3) The maps referred to in paragraph (2) are the maps prepared for the purposes of this Order and laid before the Scottish Parliament in accordance with section 4(4) of the Act.
(4) The river basin district designated under paragraph (1) shall be known as “Scotland River Basin District”.
