1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 4) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 2003 and shall come into force at 1600 hours on 28th November 2003.
2. In this Order “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 4) (Scotland) Order 2003(1).
3. The principal Order is hereby revoked in so far as it designates any part of the area described as Area 2 in the Schedule to the principal Order.
