The area of sea below mean high water springs enclosed by a line starting at a point at 57°30'North latitude 7°00'West longitude; then north to a point on South Harris at 57°45'North latitude 7°00'West longitude; then south, north and east along the shoreline of South Harris to a point at 57°45'North latitude 6°56'West longitude; then east to a point at 57°45'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then south to a point on the shoreline of Skye at 57°31.8'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then north-west, south and south-east along the shoreline to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°34'West longitude, then due west to a point on the shoreline at 57°30'North latitude 6°35'West longitude; then west along the shoreline to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°38.1'West longitude; then due west to a point on the shoreline at 57°30'North latitude 6°42'West longitude; then north, west and south along the shoreline to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°45'West longitude; then west to the point of beginning.

The area of sea below mean high water springs starting from a point 57°45'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then east to a point 57°45'North latitude 6°00'West longitude; then south to a point on Eilean Tigh of 57°30'North latitude 6°00'West longitude; then west and south along the shoreline of Eilean Tigh to a point at 57°30.5'North latitude 6°00'West longitude; then south to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°00'West longitude; then west to a point on the shoreline of Skye at 57°30'North latitude 6°09'West longitude; then north, west and south along the shoreline of Skye to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°20'West longitude; then due west to a point at 57°30'West longitude 6°21.3'West longitude; then north and south along the shoreline of Lyndale Point to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°25.02'West longitude; then due west to a point at 57°30'West longitude 6°26.01'West longitude; then north, south and north west along the shoreline to a point at 57°31.8'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then north to the point of beginning.

The area of sea below mean high water springs enclosed by a line starting from a point on the coast of Skye at 57°30'North latitude 6°38'West longitude; then due west to a point on the shoreline of Dunvegan Head at 57°30'North latitude 6°42'West longitude; then west from a point on the shoreline at 57°30'North latitude 6°44.6'West longitude to a point at 57°30'North latitude 7°00'West longitude; then south to a point at 57°15'North latitude 7°00'West longitude; then east to a point at 57°15'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then north to a point on the Island of Wiay of 57°20'North latitude 6°30'West longitude then west, north and east along the shoreline of the Island of Wiay to a point at 57°20.5'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then north to a point on the shoreline of Skye at 57°23'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then south, west and north along the shoreline of Duirnish to a point at 57°30'North latitude 6°44.6'West longitude.
