28. ALL and WHOLE that plot or area of ground extending to two hundred and thirty six decimal or one thousandth parts of an hectare or thereby metric measure lying to the north east of the public road known as the Carloway High Road, Carloway, Isle of Lewis in an h-Eileanan an Iar for registration purposes in the County of Ross and Cromarty and shown delineated in black and coloured red on the plan annexed and executed as relative to Disposition by Carloway Estates Limited in favour of Scottish Homes dated Twenty seventh August and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the County of Ross and Cromarty on Twenty ninth October both dates in the year Two thousand and two.
