27.  ALL and WHOLE (First) that area of ground extending to One thousand six hundred and five decimal or ten thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby lying to the north east of Iochdar Junior Secondary School, Isle of South Uist and for registration purposes in the County of Inverness as shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to Disposition by Western Isles Islands Council in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association dated the Thirtieth and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Inverness on the Thirty First both days of March Nineteen hundred and eighty nine and (Second) ALL and WHOLE (One) that rectangular piece of ground at Carnan, Eochar (otherwise Iochdar) in the Island of South Uist and County of Inverness extending to Three hundred and fifty square yards or thereby Imperial Standard Measure more particularly described in, in feu farm disponed by and delineated and coloured pink on the sketch and plan annexed and subscribed as relative to Feu Charter by the Trustees of the deceased Dame Emily Eliza Steele Gordon Cathcart in favour of Mrs Ann Scullion dated the Twenty eighth day of August and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Inverness on the Tenth day of September both in the year Nineteen hundred and thirty seven and (Two) that rectangular area of ground at Carnan aforesaid lying to the north of Eochdar public road and extending to Four hundred and twenty square yards or thereby Imperial Standard Measure more particularly described in, in feu farm disponed by and delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to Feu Charter by David Coventry Greig and Others in favour of John McDonald dated Eighteenth and Nineteenth and recorded in the said Division of the General Register of Sasines on the Twenty fourth all days of November Nineteen hundred and sixty six; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
