ALL and WHOLE (First) that area of ground extending to one acre and forty decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick and County of Zetland described in and disponed (In The First Place) by and delineated and edged pink and marked “Area A” on the plan marked “No. 1” annexed and executed as relative to Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated Tenth and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the Counties of Orkney and Zetland on Twenty third both days of March Nineteen hundred and fifty three; (Second) that area of ground extending to Two acres and eight decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick and County of Zetland described in, disponed (In the Second Place) and delineated and edged pink and marked “Area B” on the plan marked “No. 1” annexed and executed as relative to the said Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of the said Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated and recorded as aforesaid; (Third) that area of ground extending to twenty eight decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick in the County of Zetland described in, disponed (In The Third Place) by and delineated and coloured red on the plan marked “No. 2” annexed and executed as relative to the said Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of the said Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated and recorded as aforesaid; (Fourth) that area of ground extending to Ninety two decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick and County of Zetland described in, disponed (First) by and delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to a Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of the said Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated Twentieth January and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the Counties of Orkney and Zetland on Eighteenth February both months in the year Nineteen hundred and fifty nine; (Fifth) that area of ground extending to Sixty one decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick and County of Zetland described in, disponed (Second) by and delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the said last mentioned Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of the said Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated and recorded as aforesaid; (Sixth) that area of ground extending to one acre and fifteen decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick and County of Zetland described in, disponed (Fourth) by and delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to said last mentioned Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of the said Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated and recorded as aforesaid and (Seventh) that area of ground extending to Forty three decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby in the Burgh of Lerwick and County of Zetland described in, disponed (Third) by and delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the said last mentioned Disposition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick in favour of the said Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated and recorded as aforesaid; But excepting from the said area of ground (Second) hereinbefore described ALL and WHOLE that area of ground extending to one hundred and eighty four decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre or thereby described in, disponed by, delineated and coloured red on the site plan and location plan annexed and executed as relative to the Disposition by Scottish Special Housing Association Limited in favour of The Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Lerwick dated Fourth and recorded in the said Division of the General Register of Sasines on Twentieth both days of February Nineteen hundred and sixty nine; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
