Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Reinstatement) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 18th November 2003.
Amendment of Regulations
2. In regulation 2 of the Road Works (Reinstatement) (Scotland) Regulations 1992(1) omit “per annum” at the end of the definition of “a road carrying more than 125 million standard axles”.
