Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Lands Tribunal for Scotland Rules 2003.
(2) These Rules shall come into force–
(a)for the purposes of applications or referrals under sections 20 and 44 of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000(1) and under, or by virtue of, sections 86(5) and 90(1)(b)(ii) and 107 of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003, on 1st November 2003; and
(b)for all other purposes, on 28th November 2004.
