1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Provision of Information by Principal Reporter) (Prescribed Persons) (Scotland) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st October 2003.
(2) In this Order–
“the 2003 Act” means the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003;
“authorised person” means a person who is authorised for the purposes of Part IV of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1); and
“insurer” means an authorised person who is permitted to carry on a regulated activity of the kind specified in articles 10(1) or (2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(2).
