1. By way of derogation from Annex VII, Chapter II, paragraph 1 to the Community Regulation, mammalian blood may be processed in accordance with this Part.
This Part of the Schedule implements Commission Decision 2003/321/EC on transitional measures under Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the processing standards mammalian blood, O.J. No. L 117, 13.5.2003, p. 30.
