Amendment to the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (Scotland) Regulations 2002
2. Part VIII of Schedule 2 to the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) is amended by substituting for the words “Commission Decision 2001/7/EC (O.J. No. L 2, 5.1.2001, p.27)” where they appear in paragraph 1 under the heading “A. General” the words “Council Directive 2002/33/EC (O.J. No. L 315, 19.11.2002, p.14)”.
