Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 6th June 2003.
Amendment of the National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Order 1974
2. For article 3(o) of the National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Order 1974(1) substitute–
“(o)the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud or other irregularities in relation to all services provided under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.”.
