Devolved public bodies

2.—(1) The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 shall be amended in accordance with the provisions in paragraph (2).

(2) In Schedule 3(1) for “Health Education Board for Scotland” substitute “NHS Health Scotland”.
