Scope of Regulations
3.—(1) These Regulations apply to food supplements sold as food and presented as such.
(2) These Regulations do not apply to medicinal products as defined by Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use(1).
