Classification of landfills
9. Before granting a landfill permit, SEPA shall classify the landfill as a–
(a)landfill for hazardous waste;
(b)landfill for non-hazardous waste; or
(c)landfill for inert waste,
and shall ensure that the classification is stated in the landfill permit.
