Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 13) (Scotland) Order 2002 Partial Revocation Order 2003 and shall come into force at 1500 hours on 17th January 2003.
Revocation
3. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 13) (Scotland) Order 2002(1) is hereby revoked in so far as it designates any part of the area described as Area 1 in the Schedule to the principal Order.
