Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No. 3) (Scotland) Order 2002 Revocation Order 2003 and shall come into force at 1500 hours on 13th March 2003.
