13. Where, on or after 1st April 2003, appliances are supplied, or other dental services are provided, in pursuance of a contract or arrangement made before that date for the provision of general dental services or provision of dental services under a pilot scheme, regulation 4(5) shall not have effect in respect of that supply or provision and regulation 14 shall be treated as not having effect in relation to regulation 4(5) of the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1989(1).
