1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Council Tax (Supply of Information) (Scotland) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
(2) In these Regulations, “local authority” means a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(1).
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
