Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
(3) In these Regulations, “the Regulations” means the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000(1).
