The Cinematograph (Safety) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 No. 144

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Cinematograph (Safety) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Amendment of the Cinematograph (Safety) (Scotland) Regulations 1955

2.  In regulations 4(1) and (2), 26, 31(7)(a) and 38(1) of the Cinematograph (Safety) (Scotland) Regulations 1955(1), for “twenty-one” substitute “eighteen”.
