Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order stipulates the time limit within which the devolved public bodies specified in this Order are required to submit draft codes of conduct for their members for consideration by the Scottish Ministers.
The bodies specified in this Order are the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority which must submit its draft code within the period ending on 1st September 2003, and the Cairngorms National Park Authority which must submit its draft code within the period ending on 1st December 2003.
