Devolved public bodies
2.—(1) The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000(1) shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (2).
(2) In schedule 3–
(a)omit–
(i)“The Clinical Standards Board for Scotland”;
(ii)“The Health Technology Board for Scotland”; and
(iii)“The Scottish Council for Post Graduate Medical and Dental Education”; and
(b)insert at the appropriate place–
(i)“NHS Education for Scotland”; and
(ii)“NHS Quality Improvement Scotland”.
