SCHEDULE 1 PROVISIONS OF THE 2000 ACT CONFERRING FUNCTIONS ON THE AUTHORITY EXERCISABLE ON AND AFTER THE ESTABLISHMENT DATE

1.  Section 8.

2.  Section 9, but only in relation to the provisions of paragraphs 3, 5, 6, 11, 12 and 15 of Schedule 2.

3.  Section 15 (but no management agreement under that section shall be effective from a date prior to the operational date).

4.  Section 16 (for the purpose only of functions relating to consultation in respect of directions or guidance under that section).

5.  Sections 17 and 18.

6.  Sections 19 to 27.

7.  Section 29.

8.  Section 36, but not in relation to the provisions of paragraphs 2, 4, 6 to 12, 14, 16 and 17 of Schedule 5.
