Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 14) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 16th December 2002.
Interpretation
2. In this Order “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 14) (Scotland) Order 2002(1).
Revocation
3. The principal Order is hereby revoked in so far as it designates any part of the area described as Area 2 in the Schedule to the principal Order.
