Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 4) (Scotland) Order 2002 Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 16th December 2002.
