Amendment of the 2002 Regulations

2.  The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) shall be amended as follows:–

(a) In regulation 6 the number “6,” where it appears after “under section 1,” shall be omitted;

(b) In regulation 7 the number “6,” where it appears after “under section 1,” shall be omitted.
