1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 15th January 2003.
2. The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) shall be amended as follows:–
(a)In regulation 6 the number “6,” where it appears after “under section 1,” shall be omitted;
(b)In regulation 7 the number “6,” where it appears after “under section 1,” shall be omitted.
