LEGAL AID AND ADVICE

These Regulations add proceedings comprising appeals to the Social Security Commissioners and appeals to the Child Support Commissioners to the list of proceedings at Part I of Schedule 2 to the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 for which civil legal aid is available.
