The Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 Amendment Regulations 2002 No. 532

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st December 2002.

Courts in which civil legal aid is available

2.  At the end of paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 2 (courts in which civil legal aid is available) to the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986(1) there is inserted–

• “comprising an appeal to the Social Security Commissioners(2);

• comprising an appeal to the Child Support Commissioners(3)”.
