6. In regulation 10(2) (fees allowable to counsel in certain proceedings)–
(a)omit “Restrictive Practices Court”; and
(b)after “Lands Tribunal for Scotland” insert “, or before the Child Support Commissioners or the Social Security Commissioners,”.
