In computing the amount of capital of the person concerned where that person is in receipt of income support under section 124 of the 1992 Act or an income-based jobseeker’s allowance (payable under the Jobseekers Act 1995), there shall be disregarded any amount which exceeds the sum for the time being specified as the disposable capital limit under section 17(2)(b) of the Act.
