Where the Board grants the application, it shall make determinations as to the amount of the contribution to the Fund which the applicant is required to pay under section 17(1) of the Act, as to whether the contribution is payable in one sum or by instalments, as to the amount or amounts of the instalments and as to the date or dates on which the contribution or the instalments are payable.
