Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 14) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 7th February 2002.

Revocation

2.  The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 14) (Scotland) Order 2001(1) is hereby revoked.
