Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Customer Consultation Panels (Scotland) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 20th November 2002.
(2) In this Order–
“the Convener” means the Convener of the Water Customer Consultation Panels(1); and
“local government area” shall be construed in accordance with section 1(2) of and Part I of Schedule 1 to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(2).
Water Customer Consultation Panels
2. Each Water Customer Consultation Panel named in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Order is hereby established for the area comprised of the local government areas described in the corresponding entry in Column 2 and shall have, in addition to the Convener, the number of members specified in the corresponding entry in Column 3.
