SCHEDULE 3 MODIFICATIONS TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS RULES IN SCHEDULE 2 TO APPLY WHERE THE POLL AT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION IS TAKEN TOGETHER WITH THE POLL AT ANOTHER ELECTION UNDER SECTION 15(1) OR (2) OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE ACT 1985(1)

2.  At the end of rule 13(2) (the ballot papers) the following sub-paragraph shall be inserted:–

“(e) shall be of a different colour from that of any ballot papers used at an election the poll at which is taken together with the poll at the local government election”.
