Disposal of unused catering supplies
29.—(1) Part III shall not apply to products on board any means of transport operating internationally and intended for consumption by the crew or passengers of that means of transport which are introduced into Scotland.
(2) Any person who introduces into Scotland a product referred to in paragraph (1) or catering waste derived from such a product shall dispose of the same, or ensure that the same is disposed of, without delay in accordance with the Animal By-Products Order, by a method specified in article 5(1)(a), (b) or (c) of that Order.
