Amendment of Regulations
2.—(1) The Scottish Secure Tenancies (Exceptions) Regulations 2002(1) are amended in accordance with these Regulations.
(2) For paragraphs (b) and (c) of regulation 2, substitute–
“(b)any institution within the higher education sector within the meaning of section 56(2) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992(2);
(c)any institution which provides further education within the meaning of section 135(1) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980(3);”.
