Amendment of the 1994 Regulations

2.—(1) After regulation 7(1)(b) of the Roads (Traffic Calming) (Scotland) Regulations 1994(1) there shall be inserted–

  (c)

  constructed on a road which is designated as a home zone”.

(2) After regulation 7(2) there shall be inserted–

“(3) In this regulation a “home zone” means any road designated as a home zone by virtue of section 74(1) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001(2).”.
