Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force at 1600 hours on 30th August 2002.

Revocation

2.  The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Order 2002(1) is hereby revoked.
