The Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 No. 356

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 31st July 2002.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.

Amendment of the Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2002

2.  In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1), in the definition of “the Commission Decision” insert at the end “and Commission Decision 2002/573/EC(2) ”.
