Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 20th June 2002.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
